Making Matcha Latte in a blender is smart if you don't have a whisk and want the Matcha blended quickly with consistently. I prefer heating my water and milk first. Also, I add vanilla extract and brown sugar.

Hi! I'm looking for this info everywhere… How often can you drink matcha? Is it ok to drink it everyday? And of course it's better for your health to drink it with or without milk? Thank you for help 🙂
I typically drink Matcha hot – as a tea. And lately, I've been adding it to cranberry juice – hot – for a vitamin boost when I'm not feeling well. Looking forward to trying this recipe this summer!
I love matcha and drink it everyday. usually just 1 tsp. matcha, pure vanilla, cardamon, 10 oz hot water, put it all in a life factory glass bottle and shake. on Saturdays in the fall I make a blended matcha; in a blender I put 1 1/2 tsp matcha, pure vanilla, chai powder, 1/2 a ripe banana, 2 tbsp pumpkin puree, 8 oz plant milk, 8 oz filtered water, I blend until smooth. for winter I substitute peppermint extract for the vanilla and leave out the pumpkin puree.

I love matcha ever since i visted Japan and even had the Instant no so healthy Kind, ' Matcha Au Lait i think they were called ' Blendy Sticks' but how i make mine :
1 cup of Ice
1/2 to 3/4 cup non dairy milk ( i prefer Soy )
1tsp Vanilla Powder
1 tsp or to taste of Matcha Powder
and Green Stevia ( tastes like super sweet Matcha) or if I dont have the Green Stevia I use organic Sugar or Rice Malt Syrup and 1/8 – 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum for a nice mouth feel and to keep the ice and milk from seperating to fast 😀
