I never ate kale in my life so Kale, apple cider vinegar, ginger& turmeric are now in my kitchen to make sure I consume each of those ingredients on a daily, whether it's ginger tea, kale banana coconut water flax seed smoothie,warm milk with turmeric or water acv & honey.
