Chinese tea are good for health, whilst the Indian Spicy tea with concentrated milk & sugar is very unhealthy which can cause diabetes & gastric problems.

Really light..I gotta try it and see how it tastes 🙂 …in Afghanistan, they put dry tea leaves, cardamom, and some people may add fresh or dried ginger as well, in a thermos. Boiling water is then poured over it, the thermos is closed and kept for ten minutes. The tea comes out thick, with an olive green colour, a lot more concentrated than the Chinese tea.
