  1. Green tea helps me fight my afternoon sugar craving. At 3 pm I usually want something sweet and drinking green tea helps me avoid this need. I just don't want sugar. It's really great!

  2. well.. to be honest i drink green tea every morning not because of these benefits, its because taste good and make me feel better 🙂
