  1. I’ve been watching your videos regarding how to reverse fatty livers. Although I don’t remember hearing anything about green tea, it appears after watching this video that green tea just might offer benefits towards that objective. My fatty liver is the result of excessive alcohol consumption. I’m in the battle of my life.

  2. I love green tea and black tea too. The health benefits are enormous. It is affordable and easy to prepare and quite enjoyable.

  3. Green tea boosts liver function; according to Chris Masterjohn, PH.D. 's YouTube video citing clinical studies. Makes me wonder if matcha is worth exploring.

  4. Great video, focused and to the point. I was looking for something to replace coffee with in the morning, will definitely give it a try.

  5. Last I read years ago, green tea only helps you burn about 50 calories. I used to be an avid green tea guy, but I didn't get much out of it
