Last I read years ago, green tea only helps you burn about 50 calories. I used to be an avid green tea guy, but I didn't get much out of it

I’ve been watching your videos regarding how to reverse fatty livers. Although I don’t remember hearing anything about green tea, it appears after watching this video that green tea just might offer benefits towards that objective. My fatty liver is the result of excessive alcohol consumption. I’m in the battle of my life.
