How to make Green Tea (Matcha) Latte | Simple Recipe

A special recipe from Japan on how to make green tea (matcha) latte with a hint of toasted soybean powder. It’s better than the Starbucks version. I’ll even show you how to froth the milk with a simple whisk, no fancy equipment required.

If you do want a traditional matcha whisk, here’s the kind I used in my video: http://amzn.to/1r1Ssw1

The roasted soy bean powder (flour) is called Kinako in Japanese. http://amzn.to/1ll50gk

  1. honestly the soy bean powder and the ton of sugar rape the matcha. Dang Starbucks in the coffe world is like McDonalds in the fast food world, but worse :p

  2. It's 2017 and I just happened upon this video. The commercial was for Alien: Covenant. Now that I'm sufficiently repulsed and terrified, I'M GOING TO LEARN ABOUT MATCHA LATTES, OK?!?!?! OK! XD

  3. Thanks for the recipe! I just tried it (without the soybean powder because I don't have any) and it turned out great!! I used soy milk and it frothed up amazingly I'm so happy 🙂
